Everything’s coming up shiny and fresh with the start of the academic year — new and returning students, new classes, and hot-off-the-press syllabi with library resources to back them up. Faculty, please make your requests for library acquisitions and library instruction as early as possible, to give library staff the time we need to get everything ready for your students. Four weeks in advance is the best time frame.
- To request books in support of your teaching or research, after checking the library catalog please email the book details to your library liaison, a librarian who is your department or program’s personal librarian contact.
- To request that the library purchase or license film or video content, please read our new faculty videos guide and complete the request form there.
- And, to schedule a librarian to meet with you or your class for a hands-on library instruction session, please review our library instruction information. Our schedules are filling up fast, so get your requests in ASAP!
Additional information is described in our faculty resources guide.
